Version History We fixed an issue that could prevent medications from appearing in search results when writing a prescription. Searches now reliably return all available medications. 26.2.7 Oct 3 Medication Requests: Review and act on inbound medication requests from pharmacy benefit managers without leaving your device. Gap in Care, Formulary Change, and Therapeutic Interchange requests now appear in the Pharmacy Requests section of your dashboard, with a full detail view. Prescribe, pend, or deny a request, with signing password confirmation, pended labels and reasons carried over from the web EHR, and the list refreshing immediately after you act.

AI Clinical Assistant: Allergies and Referrals - Allergies and referrals now surface as action cards. Tap a card to jump straight to the matching entry screen. Dismissals are queued while you are offline, and failed actions can be retried without losing your place.

AI Documents: Added Psychiatric Evaluation Summary, Medication Management Note, and Treatment Plan document types, and refreshed the AI Document layout to match the web experience.

Electronic Prescribing: Added Independent Rx Authority support for electronic prescriptions to meet Oklahoma state requirements.
